A long and healthy life

You can want to life long you can do exercises.And you have to keep your mental state great. For example doing puzzles and etc.

Don’t eat any bad fats-like fast in sweets,fried food and meat.

Eat healthy carbohydrates -vegetables, frut, potatoes, rice.

Don’t use much oill in cooking.If you use oil,use a good one like oil.And avoid deep-fried food!

If you’re a little hungry ,eat an apple or carrot-not a packet of crisps!
